Mohammed Bin Rashid City, or MBR City,〔("MBR City will boost Dubai’s tourism", ''Khaleej Times'', November 29, 2012 )〕 is a planned mixed-use development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In November 2012 the ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum announced the establishment of what he termed a new "city" within Dubai.
